Returns / Exchanges

LAPA currently does not have a return policy. However, we do offer an exchange policy if your item is eligible. You item must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.

Upon shipment, you will be provided a tracking number. Shipping timing is usually between 3-14 business days. Our shipping is partnered with DHL Express, who provides live online tracking. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customs fees and taxes may apply and will be your responsibility. Our products are shipped from Bali, Indonesia and the process requires a courier for shipment. If your country or province charges taxes or withholds the shipment in customs, you are considered the importer and will be liable for all clearance.
